Ello everyone,
I am 17 going on 18 and I am going on holiday in early July to a well known Greek island.
I am getting some dumbells with total 50kg weight rings to put on them (25kg for each dumbell)
Also getting some weight gain formula, flaxseed oil (to help break down the protein) and some protein shakes.
I am around 125 pounds (56kg) and 5"10(ish)
I am planning to have six-7 meals per day which 3-4 of them will include mainly chicken and tuna salad sandwiches and the other 3 being protein shakes / weight gain formula)
In around 12-16 weeks (3-4 months) does anyone reckon I can gain a few pounds (and roughly on average how much would I be expecting to gain) and tone up a bit with the equipment and supplements I have?
The only problem I have is that it may be difficult consuming a lot of meals when at work, is there a decent way around this? I just thought to take a protein shaker to work!
