is there a way to reduce hips? do hips get smaller as you get loose fat because my hip seems a bit big for a dude...and im not talking about waist, im talking about hip which is under the waist...its like as wide or wider then my shoulders :/

well, if you have fat on the hips, then yeah, losing overall body fat will narrow your hips.
