Alright so I decided to change my cardio workout and go with HIIT however, after reading the websites and posts about it I am semi-clueless on what a good setup would be for it.
So would somebody please inform me. Also I plan on doing this either on bike or elliptical (is that going to kill the benefits) because I cant run on treadmills lol.
And as for the cardio goes, is it bad to do it everday along with weight lifting... i also shifted from moderate weight to heavier weight with less reps. like 3x8 instead of 3x12 or 4x10.
My goal right now is to lose about 20 lbs, and TONE TONE TONE. my diet isnt bad either. so just need help with HIIT and some info on it.
