Hiit

IS THE HIIT cardio workout any good for burning a lot of fat? at least 20 min of nonstop HIIT cardio through as long as i want? ( maybe 40 min or so if im bored ) . is that better than jogging at a slow pace for 40 min? should i do HIIIT CARDIO workouts to burn a lot of fat?
 
HIIT burns tons of fat and limit catabolism, trust me if you can do 40 minutes of HIIT your doing it wrong, you shouldnt last for more than 20 minutes, and should feel dead.

This is very true! HIIT shouldn't be done for more than 20-25 minutes. When you're done, you'll be too exhausted to do anything else!

The sprinting intervals should be at 90%, so if 7mph is your 90%, then that's fine. Otherwise, increase the speed.
 
heh. today i went to gym. i guess i gotta stop weights. i did barbell weights. lifting for biceps ( 40 lbs) about 15 reps, then 12 reps, then 10 . then i did some bench pressing on this sitting down machine. and did some rows on weight machine. and then i did 21 min on the HIIT . 5 mph then 7- 7.5 for sprint. couldnt go 25 min cuz i was too tired :D.
-quitting weights cuz you guys said 13 is too young for weights.
- can oyu name some really good exercises to help get long lean muscles . please k thanks

when i run doing the HIIT . my abs get all hard and obliques get hard too . and i can see the lines more after im done running ( abs ) but it goes away after. is that good or bad
 
its probally just your muscles contracting from all the stenuous(to tired to spell) excersise, remember your core gets worked when you run too.

just do push ups and sit ups, pull ups etc.
 
how many days should i be doing HIIT cardio to get about 10 lbs of fat off - 15 lbs. and how many pushups / situps / pullups should i do. becuz i can do them well i guess. im in okay shape just gut and arms a lil. how many pushups / situps / pullups should i do. ( sets / reps ) . can you give me an idea so i can get fit in abouttt two months.
goal : lose 10 - 15 lbs and get Lean muscle ( already have muscle but it looks big
( arms ) so how do you turn that leaner / less fat . get six pack ( i can see some lines when i flex it ) .. sides and a little middle but when i dont flex its a blobbb.
food : what kinda food should i eat for a 13 year old. 13 year old on a meal plan ( dietlike? eh? O.O . weird? can you give me examples of the five / six meals of food that you guys mention a lot. an example for breakfast. inbetweens.lunch.inbetweens.dinner

please help and give advice. k thanks :]
