HIIT in weight training

can HIIT training be used in weight training

how would it look like?

also ive some guys using what they call 'shock training the muscles'

a kind of high intensity weight training workout
its something like loading high volume with a low reps
dont remember the exact details

can anybody explain it?

how effective is this type of training
what can you expect from such a workout

explains strength concepts usefull to anybody strength training

It might help that there is a complete section on HIIT. I've seen you posted few times bout HIIT. Click the link and learn up, and it would probably be best to post there about HIIT.
