My sister told me a great solution to highering you're metabolism rate and its a simple collection of household recipes
that you can grab and make...
Get a normal sized water bottle, and do the following
-Put in a teaspoon of kane (cane, c or k, it is a spice that you can pick up locally)
-Teaspoon of cinamon
-Teaspoon of lemon juice
-2 teaspoons of runny honey
-Then add water, but leave a gap, about 7/8's
-Then simply shake, it will look like complete crap as every other special drink
It will taste rancid but, it does the job, I have one every day now... not as a refreshment drink may I add.
