Hi everyone.

I have read alot on this site about getting a six pack.

I'm 15years old 6' 3" 195 lbs

I have started riding my lifecycle one hour every other day (is that enough?). and weight train different muscle groups every day.

my question is: What should my diet be like?

how many calories should I take in?

your diet should consist of complete proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats. a list of these foods can be found here

have 5-6 small meals roughly 3 hours apart to give your body a steady stream of nutrients. base your calories off what you're eating now. replace poor food choices and still aim to eat about the same number of calories and then see where you're at. :)
 
if you have a gym nearby, they can do it for you. or you can pickup a pair of skinfold calipers and do it yourself to get a rough idea
