Hi everyone, just joined up. Really looking for some help in deciding on an exercise program for me and hubby which will assist us with weight loss also, have been inactive in the exercise department for to long.

The following page has exercises you can do with little or no equipment:

Free Exercises, Exercise Instructions, Custom Workout, Personalized Workout, Ab Exercises, Abdominal Exercises, Training Programs

For a beginner program, I suggest picking 8-12 exercises that cover all the major muscle groups. Aim for doing this type of workout 2-3 days per week. As for cardio, it depends what you like and what type of shape you're currently in. Pick an activity that you like (walking, hiking, biking, running, swimming, etc.), start slow, then gradually add more time & intensity.

Another suggestion would be to start a diary in the diary section. Keeping track of what you're doing keeps you accountable.
