i started exercising & dieting in feb 09,i was then 264 lb,I was up to last week 209lb. was swimming & cycling,but for the last 3 weeks due to injury can only cycle now,roughly doing 18 km a day,at a party sat,and eat 2 pieces of chocolate cake,first time since feb i have diverted from my diet.back to cycling yesterday & today and weighted my self and i could not believe i had put on 6lb bringing me back up to 216lb,can anybody tell me what happened,is this muscle or just from chocolate cake,ps my free fat mass is down by 2lb
