lol hey guys.. havent really posted here in a while

bought a weight bench at sports authority a couple weeks ago with a 100 pound weight set

i think last time i posted a pic was back in august

not sure if i improved much but here..
 
Looks like you've already bulked a bit. But the rules are the same, consume more calories (good high quality cals, with a good amount of protein) and hit the weights HARD!

Good luck! You've got a pretty awesome start on it!
