Hi everyone, I am 27 and here for the same reason as everyone else.

at 5ft3 and weighing 160 pounds, I lack motivation....I know what I want and how soon I want it and I get depressed when I see old pictures of how I once looked.

I will never be as small or firm as I used to be before all my pregnancies but I am looking to be the best I can be now and realize I am not that young anymore so the change starts tomorrow on my new challenge.

I currently do 5 hours of cardio a week and 2 hours of dancing and that seems to just keep me at my current level. I am going to try and up my weekly routine slightly by adding two x 4km runs a week and see how that goes.

I look forward to updating again soon.
 
Hi Sian! Wanted to pop in and wish you good luck. Poke around at some other diaries on here... You'll find lots of inspiration. Looking forward to hearing about your progress :)
