im 25 yrs old and 9 months or so ago i desided to try to loose a little weight , mabe a stone or 2 , i havent realy been reding so much about what i should do - just through myself into a routine as it were , i got myself a bike and ride hard about 13-14 miles every day (with the odd day off ) i try to keep my cal intake to under 1700 (ushaly less) lots of wheatabix with redtop milk , lots of fish (miss sausages & beer) and vegtables , i was about 15stone when i startes (6ft and broad) and im now 14.5 to 14,10 st , just wondered if i was doing the right things , seems to be taking a while lol - i am getting allot of leg mussle build up but could do with sorting the mid and upper boddie sections to lol so anny advise would be great , and here is a picture of me with a fish lol
