Hi, need some help

I'm new to working-out, and iv'e only been to the gym for one week and i was wondering if anyone can give me tips and help me with my work-out plan.
I'm gunna been working out the rest of this summer and i was hoping i could see some really good results by the end of this summer. If anyone could give me anything helpful, even telling me your work-out plans.

I'm a 5"8 male im around 190lbs.....I'm trying to lose 20-30lbs and gain muscle
1. I need a work-out schedual
2. I need to figure out a eating schedual
3. I need some tips and tricks to get maximum results

well i've been waiting a week for a response but i guess thats not gunna happen. im gunna have to find out all this by myself. i really dont understand why someone won't take the time just to tell me a small bit of advice, well never mind that now i'm gunna look for advice somewhere else. thanks for nothing.

It's not that no one wants to help here, it's that we've already answered your questions dozens of times. Search through here and read up a bit. An answer to those questions you posed are detailed and time consuming for others to write.

Why don't you take a look around, and then when you have some more specific questions toss up a post. I'm sure you'll get a better response then.
