Hi, Help needed

Hi I have been working out for about a year.I am 20 years old and my weight is around 74 kg. I am 5' 11 and my bf is around 14-15%. I have this small problem with my physique and I don't know which excercise I should to eliminate it.



As you can see there is a slight dip around my waist. My chest is pretty well defined but the only thing spoiling the V shape is that little outer curve between the waist and hips. My lats are pretty well developed too.

I don't know whether to do more lat excercises or obliques to get the perfect V shape. i am afraid that doing obliques would increase the lovehandles there. Could you help me out?
 
There is a little bit of fat there but not much. My hips are not too wide either (32 in). I wouldn't mind even expanding my waist to make it look even. Thats why I have been doing more back and lat excercises like pull ups to expand the lower lats just above the waist. Will this help ?
 
Fat is fat, and who wants fat on their waistlines. They look like love handles to me. If you don't like em, lose the fat. I don't think you are going to find an exercise to correct the problem.
