Hi, i started doing something about my weight 3 months ago( which was 148kg back then, I'm 1.93m.) My first couple of days at the gym was horrible, i felt like i was in a car crash afterwards, however, in couple of weeks, things started to get better, I even could say i started to enjoy going to the gym little bit. So far i'v lost 18kg, but my diet sucks, I'm eating kinda healthy yet, without any consistancy or plan. I wanted to ask u guys, how u manage your diet, where do u choose your daily groceries, how often and at what hours do you eat and etc. will provide photos after i hit 120kg.

P.S. Sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker :)

You will get there! If your trying to get lean, 4-6oz of chicken, 4oz sweet potatoe or rice, and 4-6oz broccoli every couple hours, low calorie protein shakes to get u to like 200g protein a day, so like 8-10 meals a day with 4oz chicken, that's like 20g protein I think, my matabolism got much faster, that's what I've been doing, went from 270 to 158, but you must be active, there's a lot of books on nutrition it wouldn't hurt checking one out to understand more about your body

By the way, premake your meals in tupaware 4 days in advance, at least 16 containers every 4 days and can be with 4oz chicken but it's still not enough food believe it or not! U need to eat even more protein, that's where I use a juicer in the mornings with spinach egg whites and a scoop of after glow protein to get my day started lol, honestly u just need to understand your body through mistakes but ultimately force yourself to eat right, it is hard but u can fight it. Once it becomes a habit then it gets easier

Oh and I bake my chicken tenderloins so 4oz has only .5g fat, hope this helps, multivitamins in the mornings too, good luck m8
