If your following a strict 6 meals a day (eating a snack 2-3 hours after every major meal) your on the right track. Watch out for portion sizes and quality of food. Try not to take in to many carbs after lunch. Make sure your doing a 2-3x a week cardio plan but you dont have to be to anal about that. Your weight loss will come with your eating alone if your doing it right. Keep this up for a week or two and note your weight loss. If you are not losing weight there a few other things to look at.
