hey im new

Hey guys im new here just thought i would say hi and tell you a bit about me maybe you can give me some suggestions.I am about 5"9 and 135 pounds im looking to lose ten pounds and get back to my normal weight.I used to walk everyday and it kept me in shape but now i havnt been walking and my thighs have gotten bigger and i have arm flab lol if you need pics i have some on my site . Ok so my goal is to lose ten pounds tone my stomach thighs butt which has gotten flabby haha and my arms mainly tone up everything without hitting a gym let me know thanx.
 
First of all, WELCOME!

And...

-Eat healthy food (Fruits, vegetables, etc). Don't eat any junk food.

-Start walking / running every day or every other day.

BTW: You're not fat or anything. 135 lbs is fine for a girl @ 5'9. I'm 137 lbs @ 6'3 and I'm a guy.... I seriously need to gain some weight.

P.S. - Try searching the forum and see if there are any old threads on this topic.

Mostly itmpls said it but I'd like to add few things. If you cannot change your eating regime and habbits at once, start making small change by quitting sodas (coke, pepsi, mountain-dew) and replace them with water or 100% natural juice. Same thing with the burgers and the junk-food, look for a healthier alternative. I took some time to see your pics and I think ur too self critical about your looks and body, you look great, and don't really need to loose some weight. However, if you wanna loose few extra pounds, you need : 1st Healthy diet and 2nd cardio (high incline rather than low incline cuz it also help you tone up your butt.

Looking at your pictures, personally I don't think you need to lose any weight, but you've not posted this to hear people's opinions, you want facts! So, as the above 2 posts have said, it's all down to a clean diet and some cardio.

As has been said, just cut down on the likes of Coca-Cola, sweets, crisps etc. You don't need to do all this in one big attempt though, start slowly and work your way onwards. Try eating a lot of fruit, vegetables, nuts and salads etc. If you have a craving, try to replace it with just some water and a banana, which gives you energy and is very good for you obviously!

As for the cardio aspect of things, just go out for a walk or a little run for a week or two, about three times a week, and you should see the improvements (combined with an improved diet). The post above makes a great point near the end - although you don't want to hit the gym, going on a treadmill, even at a slow speed, with a high incline will certainly help you tone your behind.

very simple, eat something not tasty, and dont be lazy.
if u follow=result in 2-3 weeks!
 
Yes, simply clean up the diet, primarily all the junk carbs and replace them with complex, whole grain, fiber rich carb sources (oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, veggies, fruits), and just get more active. Following a cardio routine will give you endurance and keep the heart healthy...but even going out and playing some tennis or volleyball with friends on a weekend will have a positive effect on your metabolism and fat loss.
