Hey! Im Back. Long Time No Speak. Can You Help?

i havent been on here for a while!, been doing other things lol. i doubt any of you will remember be but...

i still have a weight problem, im about 6ft. and im 14st :[
for the past 2 - 3 days ive been gettin up earlyish (7 - 8am)
and going for jogs. i do situps and press ups first then i go for the job but there only about half a hour long (cos thats all i can do at the min)
then wen i finish that i go back to bed (if i feel the need) or ill stop up. dont have anything till dinnertime, but thats only light.. some thing like a salad.. erm. then i either come on here for a lil while or go out to see my dad.
then i dont have anything till 4 - 5ish wen i go to my g.f's but i havent had anything lately.
then before i go to bed i do more sit ups and press ups.

will this make me lose weight? and what is a good way to loose those ' Love Handles ' and the bit fat i have on the lower abs.

ALSO: with me eating less. is that wrong? because ive been told i wont loose much

Eating once a day~wrong.
Eat multiple times per day, consuming protein and veggies at each meal.

Sit-ups and pushups~wrong.
This will do nothing for you. You need to work the body as a whole.
 
yeah ill do that. but im not very good with what to eat.
i normally just make a salad or some thing but i dont know what too eat that wil help me lose weight at all :(
for breakfast i normally just have 2 slices of toast and some orange juice or a bottle of water

dont really eat dinner (if i do its just a salad)

for tea i have what ever has been made in the house..

and i dont have anything after that... if i do its fruit or youghurt or something.
