Hey guys, i'm 13 years old....im skinny..im about (5"7) and about 127lbs. i'm trying to build some muscle but no matter how hard i try i cant. im always eating and i never get full...im trying to get a 6 pack but i have belly fat. i play hockey and im about to start playing lacrosse..so any tips on how to get a 6 pack with some bellyfat?:sad2:
