ok, I understand the concept of eating six meals a day. on the other hand i hear that you should consume no more than 30gs of protien per meal because the rest apparently turns to fat. Surely this would depend on your basic metabloic rate what gets turned to fat? if this informatin is correct then in order for a 300lb bodybuilder to gain mass he would have to eat 10 meals a day.. space that every 2-3 hours he would have to be eating nearly 24hrs a day? i'm confused here
