Hi folks, I'm Benny
22 years old, 107 kg ( 236 lbs I think but I never use LBS so sorry if I'm wrong ) I'm 176 cm tall ( approximately ).
So, I'm trying to lose some weight and since I'm having a lot of spare time recently I've thought about it a lot and a lot and started to eat healthy like 2 weeks ago and I also have some "self-training" such as :
I have a dog ( english setter ) it's the kind of dog who loves to run for hours in a row and that's a good thing because I also love to do that, I walk my dog every day no exception for around 1 hour and 30 minutes in the morning, and for 1 h 30 to 2 h in the evening ( it can get up to 4 hours if I take a very long path )
I'll give more infos about this, I live in a little village up there in the mountain & forest, so I usually take a lot of slopping path which make it harder but I wondered does it make it better if you look at it as an exercice? (after all walking is cardio )
I've also started to make some exercices in the morning after waking up such as :
50 sit-up & some squat in between to not make it too redundant, I've tried to make push-up but with my weight I can only do 5 in a row before having to stop ( still do it tho )
I'm walking my dog every day, every morning, every evening, no exception, I guess it helps? Also I'm planning to do the exercices every morning and maybe after noon.
I'm looking for informations on how I could make my day more efficient ( like more exercices, or better exercices ) to reach my goal ( losing weight obviously ), I'm also looking for opinion on the thing I already do daily. If you answer me consider the fact that I'm completly free of time for some time, I don't have anything almost to focus on except that.
Thanks a lot for reading me, I hope I made myself clear enough as english is not my native language.
If I forgot to say something, don't hesitate to ask.
