well i will start off by saying ty....i started in nov 2006 when i had my third son i was weighing 161 the day i cam home with him (before i got preg with him i weighed my highest 173) the thing that inspired me was my hubbys wife she and i were both preggo at the same time all three preg lol and she had twins well i use to watch her workout and lose all the weight so i started getting a lil jealous lol and i really put my head in competition mode lol not really but kinda...i said if she can do it so can i...i went from 161 nov 06 to 127 in april 07 then i thinky the last 10 were spread out thrpugh a couple months after that..they were the hardest....but i worked out to the biggest loser video everyday...i watched my calories....i gave up soda....i ate those 100 calorie packs...and i run after my three boys all day..they r only 5 3 and 19 months...and the middle one is adhd so he keeps me going...i try to take them out side to play alot and i run with them its still excercise....u have to learn to tell yourself also when enough is enough with food how to know when your hungry and when u really aint...now i workout with my own routine really jogging maybe twice aweek and i work out with the bowflex 5 times a week i really eat what ever i want now but in moderation u can drink soda once in awhile but everytime i drink it i look preggo from the carbonation in it...im not as strict as i use to be i should be but i notice i got more tone after not being so strict lol
