Here we go again.!!

OK, For starters i feel slightly akward blogging and or keeping a "online diary" about my weight issues.

but...here it goes.

i'm 23 about 5'4 135-130lbs

i belong to the local YMCA and i love it, but i also own a treadmill so lately i have been skipping out on the gym and just running at home and i think its hurting my results. im a distance runner and just started adding sprints and i find that being at home im much more comfortable than at the gym.
 
I just started a online diary and it was a little uncomfortable. I also belong to the local YMCA and use my treadmill at home. I joined the gym about 2 months ago and I really feel like it is helping.
What kind of diet do you eat and how much do you exercise?
I have been doing at least one hour of cardio everyday and weight trainiing three times a week.
