Here we go again!!!

Thanks ladies for all the support. Things are being worked on and I hope for a positive outcome.
I have been doing better with eating. I am trying not to eat less processed foods which is so hard.
I also have decided against the small meals throughout the day thing-It just doesnt work for me, no matter how hard I try it just leads to me overeating.
I got up and ran this morning 14kilometers so about 8,6 miles- I did have to stop and walk because I felt a wierd feeling in my hamstring and I was afraid I would get injured I walked for about 10 minutes then continued running once I felt better.
I think I need to start running more-.I feel so good after a good run oppose to when I sleep in 2 hours later.Its strange but hey whatever works.
 
Curves, most men I've lived with (if not all) simply never reciprocate or do their fair share. You know what they say about can't live with them can't live without them. I dont blame you for wanting to put a lot of effort into your relationship. Your 25 years old and you want a mature loving relationship, its only natural mami, its the men who try keeping to themselves and acting like we're desperate, just because we need some love and attention, that are the loco ones!

Rimay, I am awed by your running. I have a feeling you could lose all your weight just from running EIGHT FRIGGIN MILES. That IS a lot missie, I am serious!
 
You know I think I could lose it all by running if I just could stay focused. I not realized when I start to get obsessive about my weight loss and I stop losing for a few I start to get a little out of hand with snacking.
So I have a little plan for myself

I need to avoid junk until I learn how to control myself better-I have been doing it for 2 days and I have saved myself 1000 calories:eek:

I am also down to 76 kilos so I have lost a little over 2 pounds.
I want to go to the gym at least 5x a week to do a course-I have gotten bored with the strength training like everytime I have tried it but I will try again.
I am also trying to run 2-4 times a week if possible.
I know it seems like alot but the more I am out of the house the better I do with my eating.

I will do this for 4 weeks and hopefully I will be able to see results and breaking the junkfood habit.
 
Hey girl - im sorry abt your H problems...that sucks...cpmngrats on running 8 freakin miles holy crap - it is all I can so to run like .5 of a mile...your exercise plan doesnt sound like too much - you do waht you can do and want to and w/e works for you:)

Your exercise plan sounds great!! if you keep it up, I am sure you will see a huge drop in lbs over the next 4 weeks, guaranteed!!
I agree with you about feeling great after exercising. Some days i just feel so tired and think that i can't do it and somehow I push through the routine of exercise and feel so much better.
Keep it up girl!! I admire you about your running... the most I can do without dying is 3 miles. :)

I need to write down my food eaten as well-when I can remember
I am not a big breakfast person so there wont be much breakfast days.

Lunch-Spagehtti with tomatoe sauce
Snack-rice cake with half a tbs peanut butter
Dinner 2 small pita with 1 2 small pickels and tomatoes
4tbs of mock tuna salad-it tasted like crap but I ate it anyways it was made with chick peas and low fat mircle whip and remoulade.

Thanks-I would have never thought I could run that long...not in a million years.Your the queen of the elliptical machine so you dont even need to run-LOL
I am back hopefully nothing gets me down so look out I am going to be all over your diary and I should be back on the weight yourself everyday thead again.
 
Good job on the 2 lbs! That is not easy at your size considering your not that overweight (at least I didn't see much excess flab in those underwear pics :D).

If you want to run longer than 3 miles just slow down!!I read that most runners especially begininer start out to fast so if you slow down you can catch that second wind and go a little longer-I promise-plus running is all mental!YOu wouldnt want to know the crap I tell myself while I am running:rotflmao:

Thanks Rimay, i will try with the slower running.I think I am already running slow, seems 3 miles is all I can handle, although I did 4 miles once with no problems. Agree with the mental thing, especially once I push through the first 1 mile. I am going to try doing it a little different so increase my stamina!!

Today was a good day. We did hours of walking with the kids.I went to the mall and did not give into temptation.I attempted to do a hip hop workout video this moring but I go bored 15 minutes into it-LOL
I should of ate before we left but I wasnt hungry.I ended up eating a cheese pretzel for lunch-only because I bought it for my son and he decided he didnt want it. For Dinner I made vegetable with thai curry and steamed white rice it was oh so good and I am sure I ate enough to make up for not eating earlier.I slacked on my water today I have to start drinking some just incase I decide to run tomorrow.
I am going to do a yoga video once the kids go to bed.I wanted to go to the gym but I didnt have anytime and the fun we had together was way better than the gym.
I completed day 2 without any sweets or treat:jump:
 
Oh I put a add in on this workout forum for a running partner and a girl emailed me. She is moving to my neighborhood and wants to start running she is already fit and thin but she says she cant run-So this should be fun-she can get motivated when she sees my fat ass running and I will get motivated when I see her skinny ass looking fit and cute-Sounds good to me. Also dh's friend which is alot my friend wants to start running so I told him it would be cool if we ran together that way I can be challenged being he is a male.
 
Ha! The workout video ain't cutting it, huh? ;)

I am so proud of you about the 7+ miles!! I need to get my ass in gear, too much griping over the BF :(

You totally got me hyped on running more so you need to jump back in the saddle and take your bf with you if you want-LOL
 
OMG I got on the scale and it read 75 kilos-thats 165 pounds:eek: which is 4 pounds down:jump: :jump: :jump:
All I did was cut out the sweet snacks and I start to loose I really hope I can stay on track.
I have not been excercising like I wanted to but I do get a little in here and there.Today we are invited to a bbq, I am not worried since I know it wont be very vegetarian friendly and I am not eating cakes and things like that.
We went to brunch and I had more than likely all the calories I need for the entire day:) .I am going to take it easy and drink lots of water.I want to go on a short run tomorrow morning because I am really slacking on my mileage.We have the ironman in my city tomorrow so this will be fun to watch and cheer contenders on.
Oh I took some mirror shots today-I didnt feel like getting in the bathing suit so I just took it with clothes on-We painted the hallway so the yellow is reflecting in my pictures-UGH:mad:
I really hate these damn stretch marks I cant wait for them to fade.
So here I am- You can see when I have clothes on you would never know I was overweight.

Well, you nut, you can't tell your overweight cuz your NOT overweight :). You may be a bit larger than you personally want to be, but no way are you overweight. At least not in that revealing outfit. Your body looks gorgeous! You lucky thing, I could not wear jeans like that right now!

I am so jealous that you lost 4 lbs! How the F did you do it?! Just from cutting out the sweets??! I dont really eat many sweets so that wont work for me. How long from your last weigh-in for the 4 lbs? Excellent job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
