OKey So i saw this and I thought , why not?
1)What is your current height and weight? 5'8 (265lbs)
2)If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 170lbs
3)At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? I am going to be realistic about this so around 230lbs.
4)Why do you want to lose weight? Mostly to feel better about myself, my looks are making me unhappy and they are keeping me from going out into the world and exploring and living life.
5)Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? Actually I am going on vacation to my home country in Europe next year (2009) in the summer, that is why my goal is 1 year from now, and I can't go there fat, NO WAY!!!
6)What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? Mostly my motivation being gone. I have a habit of giving up easily on myself, so I will work REALLY hard not do that this time.
7)Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? Well I'm fat that's why, it's not like i'm 5lbs over weight, I'm almost 100lbs overweight and that is obviously a PROBLEM!!!
8)What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? Eating healthier and exercising more.
9)Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? Yes I have. I lost about 40lbs about 4 years ago, I was 17 then and I weighed 210-215lbs I believe and I signed up for the gym, went over the summer break like everyday, I stopped drinking pop and sugary juices, I cut out sweets and bread and a lot of carbs actually, I cut my portion sizes in half and that's how I did it. People couldn't recognize me when I went back to school after that summer.
10)What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work? WHen I tried to lose weight months ago, I was very unrealistic, I was expecting to see 10lbs shed withing 4 days, so I gave up but now I realize it will take more then 4 days to shed some serious weight.
11)Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? Yes absolutely!
12)Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? I do. Anything I want.
13)How often do you go out to eat? Well Before this I ate out A LOT, 2 times a week at least and it doesnt help that I work at a fost food restaurant either but today i controlled myself and touched nothing but a salad it was harrdd I won't deny that.
14)What are your three favorite foods? Chicken, Beef (steak), potatoes, pasta, god there is A LOT lol.
15)What are your three favorite restaurants? 1.) Applebee's, and the rest are mainly fast food so A&W and Harveys restaurant (which I work at ).
16)What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? Eat more veggies and eat smaller portions.
17)If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? OMG are you kidding, i'd be a new person in total. I'd throw away ALL my old clothes, I'd buy EVERYTHING that looked hot on me and I'd flaunt it until people started to hate me lol. I would be the happiest camper on this planet.
18)Do you eat when you are not hungry? Yes always.
19)Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)? Not really, maybe when im bored I do.
20)Do you hide your food or eat in secret? yes at night I do omg.
21)Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed? Oh yah food is my drug in those moments.
22)Do you eat as a reward? yes I do, how stupid of me.
23)Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? Yes always.
24)What do you normally eat for a meal? Meat, carbs no veggies.
25)What type of snacks do you eat? Well JUNK!!!!!
26)In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing? nothing just yet, but I will be running a lot and doing my Turbo Jam dvd's and light weight training.
27)Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? I have a treadmill at home, I have Turbo jam and I really need to buy some weights. But I am considering joining a gym AGAIN.
28)What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise? Running, and aerobics, biking, etc.
29)What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? Daily I think about the future and I keep telling myself that this kind of thing needs time, monthly- I expect to see slight changed, at least 10lbs lost in a month, yearly I want to be at my goal weight and keep it at that.
30)Do you have rewards for certain goals? WHEN I reach my goal I will reward myself with a nice little shopping spree and of course I already will be vactioning in europe so maybe I will reward myself with a nice little bikini eheh
That was LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was about to quit!!!!
