Here I go again!

HI All,
:banghead: This is how I feel!
I lost 80 pounds and gained it all back!I did Atkins!I must say it was a great diet,but I could never do it again!

So now I`m trying low fat, my problem is that I`m a stress eater and when I`m bored!So now I need to stay busy!I`m a major reader and that goes hand in hand with a bowl of Popcorn or chips or ice cream!!!:drool5:

Every where I go I had a snack momment,even in the tub soaking and reading and snacking.It`s just like when I quit smokking I had to change my whole patteren of doing things,I had so much time on my hands,You really spend a lot of time smokking!

And now I need to change the way I relax and snack!
The problem is not knowing you need to do this thing called change,But to really do it.I don`t know if I`m making any sense.

When I lost all that weight,I had a diary as well and I must say it does help!

So here goes and I do want it so bad!i dont want to land on my:svengo:
 
Had a good day again today,no cheats!
No wanting to cheat we use to eat really early like 5 pm, now because i work later we are eating around 7pm.
I have no empty tummy feelings :)
Drinking lots of water,still need to exercize more.
Tomorrow I will.
 
fair play on starting again, its hard i lost a little weight couple year ago , then piled it back on plus a load more, but have started to try and lose it again , best thing we can do from the past is learn from our mistakes and not make them again
 
Hi there thanks for the post!I sure hope to learn from my mistakes,

Had a bit of high calorie weekend,had family over for dinner and drinks,did`nt go over board i tend to say to myself well ive had a bad weekend so might as well eat all of this popcorn,chips, whatever and I did`nt! So YAY to me!Made sure any snacks left over got thrown out sunday!Then they are gone!

Going to do my workout tape today is minus 22 today so I dont think I`m going to the Gym!I`ll do it at home today!
I`ll go wensday to do my cardio.

Going to have chicken breasts abd cearar salad today to counter the high calorie of the weekend.
