Here I come to fight again!

I am a newcomer to the weight loss forum, but not a n?vice with diets and excercising.

I struggle with every cm, that adds to my body measures and am almost never ever pleased. I have not set a foot on the scale since 2006 and I do not intend to do that unless I am certain the result wouldn't depress me.

I believe I weigh somewher? between 61 and 64 kg. I am 1.70cm tall.

My optimal weight is 56-58 kg, so there would be not a long way to go, if I were concerned only with my weght only.

But this is not the case. I aim for better health, better condition and higher indurance, I aim for radiant health and beautifuly shaped and toned body.

By the moment I am on a one week of raw juices only with the goal to detoxify my body and prepare it for a healthier life style. After the week is over my diet will be vegan ( maybe to 80 %) and walks and fitness will be added to the picture.

My motivation is a book recently red - "The amazing adventure of the diet girl".

I highly recommend this book for every moment anyone should feel despair and lack of self confidence.

Feel free to join me in my effords and comment whenever you wish to!

You need to get on those scales. Trust me the reality check is probably what you need.

When I first stepped on and saw well over 20 stones I could have cried, I wasn't expecting that, but it helps you get focused and you realise what you have to do in order to lose the weight.

It also gives you a decent time scale for your weight loss. If you know how much you can lose a week, you can see when you'll be finished.

JUMP ON THOSE SCALES!
