Cannot wait to see picks of the adjustments of your dress because of your shrinking waistline! Great Entry.
Thanks so much! I can't wait to show pics too!!
Looks like you're doing great. I am still on the wagon for 10 in 10. I hope you have a great day!!!
Theresa
Awesome work Theresa - can't wait to check your diary and see how the weigh-in went!
Yea, those "out of sight, out of mind" people clearly weren't talking about desserts.
Keep up the effort for the next 4 days! SO CLOSE!
Thanks Andy and that's so true! I couldn't see it but honestly that was all I could think about! I was proud of myself for holding off for 2 hours and even then I really didn't want to indulge but I just couldn't help myself.
About your bouquet... holy guacamole $120!! I told DF I am doing EVERYTHING... really to save on costs because I am a poor student lmao. I am ordering bulk roses from Costco and making my own bouquets and centerpieces, $70 for 100 stems, cannot argue with that!

I am sure your day will be perfect in everyway, so excited for you.
Thanks Shawnnam! We have been saving for some time now for the wedding and the flowers are my fav part! I knew I wanted a big beautiful bouquet and I guess I have expensive taste! I'm sure your idea is going to be just as nice - just a little more work that I didn't want to put in!
Your weekend really didn't sound too bad!!!! I fell off the wagon BADLY Saturday night... oddly though it didn't show on the scale this week so I'm not too upset!
Can't wait to see pics of the dress you bought!! Won't be too long before we see pics of you in your wedding dress too, eeeeeeeeeeeee!!! How exciting!!
Thanks Luz - I'm hoping the weekend didn't put off my chance of reaching 140 this Friday - I'm still going for it!! I'm so jealous your bad night didn't show on the scale and really happy for you too! I'm so excited for the weekend I can barely stand it! I'm going to take a ton of pics so I will have lots to share Monday!!
Wow, a pan of chocolate and peanut butter? What a dessert! xD
It sounds like you definitely did a great job not falling too far off track, and keeping up with your awesome exercise! That's really cool that your dress is already too big- not cool if it costs tons of money to get it altered, but maybe that's worth it.

Cannot wait to see pictures!!
I don't think I will be getting it altered anymore. I'm just going to have to maintain from here because it already cost $140 to cut the train off and the lady said I mays well get a new dress in a size 6 instead of paying for the alterations - it's too late to order another dress and I don't think my mom would go for it! I'm ok with maintaining once I get these last 2.8 pounds gone and then maybe try for some more after the wedding when I'm training more intensly for the half marathon.
God, that dessert sounds AWESOME. I wanna melt peanut butter!! Don't blame you for not resisiting, I would be making a new batch whilst stuffing my face with the first one! Well done on those early nights as well! xxx
Thanks Sunflower! I ate so much of it the thought of it actually makes my stomach turn so I won't be craving that for a while! I was pretty happy to get to bed so early for a change on the weekend - can't say that will be happening this weekend though!
Ok so yesterday I didn't get to come back on here and read any journals because my boss was over my shoulder all day but today I am in a different building so I should be able to get all caught up - I'm so excited to see how you are all doing! I had a good day yesterday - well it was perfect I guess. Here's how it looked:
B - everything bagel w cream cheese (skipped the cappuchino but didn't have any groceries to pack a breakfast and lunch)
Snack - mint green tea
L - instant reg oatmeal w 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Snack - apple
Exercise - 1 hr kettle bell strength class - warm up, 10 min snatches - couldn't put the bell down the whole time. Then a 35 min workout using two bells and combined reps, 10 min core, 5 min stretch
For some reason I wasn't as tired at the end as I normally am so I hoped on the treadmill and ran 1 mile in 10 min and then was warm enough to shower.
Met my friend at the mall to do some more shopping.
D - small veggie salad w italian dressing (it was tiny but all the choices were bad and I already had the bagel for breakfast so was trying to take it easy on the carbs)
Shopped for 2 1/2 hours and only found some earrings. Got some groceries on my way home - it's so cheap to only buy groceries for myself!
D #2 - chicken greek salad - black olives, feta, tomatos w ff tomato, oregano dressing
That was it! No snacks before bed! I was so tired but I kept on hearing noises in my house. It's funny because I never hear noises when the hunnie is home - I was just being paranoid and went to check that the doors were locked twice!
I feeling really good about the remainder of the week! I hope it goes by fast too because I have never been more excited about a weekend! I can't imagine what it's going to be like the week before the wedding! I have an appointment today with the hall and a baseball game tonight! I think as long as I stay busy the time will fly by! I have Friday off work but I'm going to have to find a computer to update you about my weigh-in - it has to be better than the last three weeks!
Ok time to do some reading! Have a great day forum friends!
