Eeek
Iv got those weight loss teas in my cupboard and i will never ever let then pass thru my lips again- UNLESS, im so constipated i needed a huge boot thru my belly and thought a crash helmet and roll bars while siting on the loo wld help. Thats how my body reacted to them and i wldnt be the only one im sure. I have a regular version and extra strength. I cant deal with either. I dont think they are a long term weight loss. They purely eliminate any excess stuff left in bowels and stuff. I think they also dehydrate you to an extent. Which in return constipate u. Its a cycle. I dont opose them for a bit of a kick start for your bowel but thats it! I wld rather go for a Colonic washout then drink them again!!!!!!!!!!!
Im doing a shake program and its working for me but u have to find something that fits well with your lifestyle. I am pretty inactive thru a work injury waiting for reconstructive surgery in Oct so the shake is ok for me as i dont have huge energy demands. If u over eat, dont exercise and simply make no effort, u prob wont lose. If u can change your intake and diet, get some exercise and change ur thought process from negative to positive, im sure u can get a better and longer lasting result. Programs like COhens, sureslim, weight watches all work. Need a lot of determination but if u want it bad enough, u will get there. I have done Cohens and lost 30kg, put 4 back on in 12mth and just wanted a diff path to take. This OPTISLIM VLCD is quick, easy and fits my lifestyle.
I wld encourage anyone to seek a different way to lose weight then the teas! You will look like u have lost weight on the scale but im sure its simply excess fluid and in coming days you will regain this. If anyone sustains their use, my hat goes off to you! Must have a bowel of steel!!!!!!!!!
