help

i'd suggest that you bulk up. 137 lbs at 5'5 is pretty light, time for u to bulk up and once u gain like 10 lbs of learn muscle mass, u should start cutting. thats my suggestion.

137 lbs right? + 10 lbs, be like 147 lbs , i'd say aruond 150 lbs,

begin bulking by
eating like 4k calories a day, alongside 30 minutes of HIIT cardio and full body workout

once ur start bulking. no turnin back, dont cheat on ur diet.
create a sample food log, and we can critique it for you =]

hmm

basically alot of carbs & protein
less saturated fat in foods.

try eating about 2.5k-3k calories a day, judgin from ur stature

so u have a membership at a gym?

ok forget what i said before

your young and u "definitely" have high metabolism
if u cut now, u might be stunting ur growth potential, cuz i'm sure u will grow taller than 5'4 =]

judgin from ur age and height
i'm ask that u BULK up, build muscle mass, 50 calories burned from 1 lb of muscle

eat 3500 calories a day, and what do u do for exercise at home? since u dont have membership to the gym?

im planning on geting some weights but i dont know exacly what i need to get...are there exersises i can do without weights untill i get them???

maybe you should apply to the local gym then, cuz buying weights is pretty expensive i'd say personally, last time i went to this one store. cost like 40 bux to buy 2 15 lbers ... lolz!

um

right now u should do is

start doing more cardio (go outside and run 30 minutes a day), break up ur meals into 6 , eat a snack consisting of fruits/grains/protein every 2-3 hours, (like bout 200 calories or so) , this would keep ur body metabolized and u will burn fat/calories constantly.

in addition, check out the website of Hippo's above, got alot of awesome exercises u can study. and eventually you will try doing.

yea i already checked his websight out....is there a web sight were i can see how many calories and stuff are in fruit and other stuff i need to be eating??

There are a few exercises you can do but don't expect huge gains from them :)

1) Push ups. You can vary this exercise into other more challenging versions such as 1 armed push ups, diamond ups, do push ups between two chairs for a greater range of motion, etc.

2) Lift gallons of water. They can act as dumbbells. Drink to reduce weight lol

3) 1 legged squats. Start with two legged squats to get a hang of it.

4) Cardio. Get ahead on your cardiovascular system. Play sports, run, cycle, swim, none of those require a gym membership.

Just to name a few. However, besides cardio, these exercises won't get you massive gains. You could just do cardio and dive into your diet while waiting to purchase your equipment.
