i need sum svice please, i started gym two and half months ago now, and im doing an allover body workout. i have changed my diet and maxed the protein and drink plenty of water and eat veg and fruit and i also take creatine. now, i this workout im doing is excellent, i am seeing the results very quickly and i have to say my body is already looking more muscular, lean and alot younger, the only issue i have is, is it my imaginiation or is my face looking older against this younger looking body of mine? im not sure if its just me or if its for real. is this common, its looking more round and the skin is looking thicker, i was wondering if it was eating too much protein or something and if this is common is there anything i can do i do moitsurise my face daily
