Help!?

Hey guys, I realise that it's waste talk to say i want washboard abs in 2 weeks. Could any of you help me here though, I got a pool party coming up in 2 weeks and I'd like to look at least a little better by then. I'm fairly slim, got a bit of fat that i'd like to go. I'd just like to know what is the absolute best i could do in 2 weeks and how to achieve it.
 
Yeah, there a ways of looking better in 2 weeks, but im not gonna tell you cos its unhealthy.
You can start by eatting less salt and drinking more water.
Howabout you get inshape for next year so you dont have to worry about it?
 
try protein (red meat, poultry, fish etc) and veg x 5 - 7 meals a day with above tips and 30 - 40 high intensity sessions 3 - 5 per week and something might happen but again not the safest way as you mite lose muscle as well
