Help!

Two of my overnights done, one more tonight.....feeling real tired as I simply cannot go to the gym during my work schedule. That being said, I have continued to eat well. I even bought a cake for my co-workers, but didn't have any.....looking forward to tomorrow morning.
 
Well, made it to Saturday....a 'little fuzzy' as now it's time to recharge my batteries.......I did weigh in at work, and since October 1 when I began this new journey, I have lost 14 lbs...........a pretty good start. Just gotta stay the course as I have a loooong ways to go. Wishing everybody a wonderful weekend.
 
Well, it's a week later.....back from my crazy work week. Slow results this week, but did lose another lb, so 15 lbs in October so far. Gonna try for a few more this week.
 
Thank you Stacy........well, went to the gym again today and have eaten well........haven't seen much weight loss in the past couple weeks, but I guess that's to be expected after my large loss the first couple weeks of October.....just gonna stay the course....the scale will show whatever the scale wants to show.......
 
Hello friends....well, haven't been around for a few weeks as I've been pretty busy. Anyhow, here's where I'm at. October 1, I joined here as I had promised myself to lose 25 lbs between then and Thanksgiving. Last Wednesday (a week ahead of time) I weighed in and had lost exactly 25........had my birthday yesterday, and Thanksgiving this Thurs, so I'm gonna 'enjoy' a bit for about a week and then get back on track. I hope each of you is doing well and I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Hello everybody......I haven't been around for almost a month, so I wanted to check in......to update you, I joined here October1, promising to lose 25 lbs by Thanksgiving. I did that..........since then, I let up and enjoyed the holidays a bit, gaining back about 10 of those lbs, but really, I'm okay with that. As of January 1, I'm back on track.....this time, I'm gonna go 'slow and steady'....my goal, well really my commitment is to lose 60 lbs.......in 2016. So, that's a little over one pound a week for the year. NO reason that's not doable......I will say, I joined here hoping it would help hold me accountable. I was a little disappointed by the small number of responses as this doesn't appear to be a real busy site. Don't get me wrong, that being said, I am VERY grateful to those here who have offered me support.....bottom line is I need to find a way to hold myself accountable.....it's a process.....I'm trying........wishing wach of you a very Happy New Year.
