help!!!

I'm stuck! I've been training for about a year now since i had my son and have lost about 35lbs
in Jan 06 i was 165lbs and around 29%BF
now i am between 130-135lbs and 19%BF
i am really happy with my results...so far but now i've seem to have hit a brick wall. i haven't lost any weight in almost a month and am kind of confused on what i need to change. My training and diet schedule is as follows:
Monday: Spin -high intensity 45min
Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing 60min
Wednesday: A Full body sculpting class(low weight high reps)
Thursday: Cardio Kickboxing 60min
Friday: Spin - high intensity 45min

My daily diet doesn't change i've been eating 40%protien 40%carbs and 20% fats; i only eat "good fats" and try to keep my carbs early in the day. My caloric intake is between 1100-1200cal a day.

I really need some new thoughts, so please help:)

How do you split your meals. 3 meals a day, 4, 5?

I dont know how much muscle you have gained muscle wise but that may halt your weight loss but not fat loss.

your not doing a lot wrong its hard to say why its not shifting. You dont seem to be eating a lot of calories. If your eating clean you should be good to go. You are active so any less calories would be daft. Try heavier weights and lower reps. Your not going to turn in to a huge muscle bound monster :p Without pics we cant say much.

More weights and eat clean is all i can suggest. Hopefully more experienced dieters can help

Hitting the weights would build muscle, which will increase your caloric needs and hopefully burn more fat. And as Yorks said, you're not going to turn huge (unless you're one of the few gals that are genetically predisposed to it, which is unlikely).

thanks for ...

my husband used to be hard into bodybuilding and powerlifting and he thinks i should cut out some of my cardio kickboxing classes and sculpt and stick to heavy lifting and straight cardio(running)
what do you think is going to be the most beneficial?
im not worried about getting "big" i know that doesn't just happen
but i am concerned about cutting out any cardio, i guess i'm just afraid to stop doing what i've been doing because i've gotten so used to it
