help

hey im new here... and i ride my bike alot.. offroad and climb up hills and **** like that.. i walk to school which is like a mile with at least a 10 pound backback... i workout at night... i have a salad at lunch usually... and i usually eat pretty good... i have had what my friends call a "plank" for a stomach its straight as cool be when i flex... i know i have a six pack... but its hidden under fat... ive just recently decided that i want to change this.. so a lil help on how to get rid of that fat?
 
More controlled/precise diet and exercise, along with a good ab regimin, which would include crunches, reverse crunches, leg-lifts, and some weights thrown in there.
