Help With Workout

I have a home gym set up now.. i have already lost 50 pounds doing atkins and need to 50 more. i really need help with how often and how much to use the following machines.. here is what i have.
stair stepper
tweester
bandflex
bike
treadmill
6 second abs


i have used all of them now i think i need help on how to use them right. people at work say i should only be work out 3 times a week.. but i feel that i am not working out enough or right. nothing is happening.can anyone help me
