i just bought a olympic weight bench so i could start benching ...
I run atleast 5 days a week ...
just started doing some crunches ...
dips
some curls
and always have done push-ups ...
my main concern is .... i'm i waisted my time on push-ups or do they actually work out different parts then then benching ...
also my back arm is already well-defined but my biceps aren't ...
should i catch up on them to have a complete muscular arm ... ???
