Help with workout plan and timeframe (pic of ideal included)

Hey, I'm a 19 year old who used to be badly overweight (18st), now down to 11.5st, and at 6'1 I'm pretty skinny, so I'm done with pure weight loss, now what I'd like to do is build my body up to look something like this:



So I was wondering a few things:

What kind of workout would I need to be doing to build myself up to this as quickly as possible?

What should my daily intake of calories be?

Assuming I'm starting at the bare minimum (I lost a lot of muscle along with the fat), how long could I reasonably expect it to take? Not going to affect my motivation, I'd just like an idea.

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum, there were several I thought it could go in, so I just picked one.

If you want that you have a fantastic body you have to be very persistent and be prepared for some challenges.
Before you start to train it would be good to know something more about it. And when I started training I knew nothing because I did not ask anybody how to do it, and believe me I have seen poor results until I started to read some more about it.
