Help With "Weight Training 101"

Can someone post pictures or explain the following...

Quad/Glute Push Movement
Ham Pull Exercise
A Horizontal Press (Upper)
A Horizontal Pull (Upper)
Vertical Pull (Upper)
Vertical Press (Upper)
Abdominal/Forearm/Calf Movements

I dont even know what most of these are :yelrotflmao:
 
Squat
Dead-lift
Bench Press
Row
Pullup
Shoulder Press
Misc. isolation exercises (exercises that isolate a smaller muscle group like biceps, triceps, calves, etc...)

These are the main exercises for each type. I.e. - the squat is the biggest quad/glute exercise but lunges are also in that category. You also have incline and decline presses in the horizontal press category. Just a few examples.
