im fairly new so i didnt know were to write this......my question is i am 20 5'4 - 5'5 and weigh in at 180lbs i dont really wanna get cut up and im not shure what bulking means i mean the size is here, my goal i wanna be at 200lbs but have it be muscle can any one tell me how i might go around to doing this? i have been lifting whey protein and creatine and i have been doing intence ab training and eating right
