Help with routine

ok i have given up with my old routine becuase i have been doing it for about 3 months now, and have seen hardley any results, so i would like a little help on coming up with a better one.

Info
Age: 16
Height: 5'11" - 6'
Weight: 130 (very fast metabolism, and very hard to gain weight)
Eating Habbits: Fair, but improving

Now i would like to work out my whole body, but mostly my chest and arms. I have barbells, dumbbells, weight bench, exercise bike, and im going ot be getting a bar to do pull-ups on soon.

Can someone please help me?
 
i always like to recommend this book for semi-begginers and intermediates it is called the testoterone advantage plan by lou schuler this book gives u everything u need a nine week workout 3 week programs for nutrtion and explanation of the exercises you do which has a gym version and home version its amazing u should check it out runs for about 10 bucks on amazon heres a link

Nick, you also might want to explore some various training options. There are so many workout variations out there (Push/pull split, upper/lower split, fullbody, 1 group/day etc). Post the workout you have been doing and your diet. We'll take a peek at it and let you know the best route to take.
