Help with my routine..?

I'm starting to lift weights in my basement at home... the problem is, all we have to work with is free hand weights (ranging from 8lbs - 45lbs). I'm trying to set up a bench press down there, but right now all we have is the hand weights and a bench.

I'm trying to hit all parts of my body to increase my overall size (I'm a skinny guy at 6'1", 130 pounds). I'm planning to work out three days a week, preferably Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

What muscles should I hit on what days, and are there exercises I can do with only free weights that hit all the muscles? Links to these exercises would be appreciated.
