Ive been working out for about two years, and I've found that to maximize fat loss, you should go on a high protein low carbohydrate diet, and a circuit training program with a warm up and a design that will keep your heart rate up and you sweating throughout the whole thing. This is just my opinion on things, and I am currently also doing the p90x program which consists of such things as I mentioned previously, and It seems to be working great.
