Your injury

Hi,
First:
As you probably can appreciate a diagnosis here is impossible and anyone that advises you what to do as therapy has to know what the cause is in the first place! So please be careful to follow advise to hasty without questioning!
Secondly:
The little that you tell about your “history” makes me think if there maybe a underlining “Pelvis Injury” to blame for your stubborn adductor problem.
Go and see a Physiotherapist who is specialized in Sport Medicine (like me), I know there are some good ones in Switzerland, he can probably help you.

PRO

so start stretching often maby 3 times a day before and after exercises, isometric exercises without resistance or weights, like 2-3 sets of 30-40 reps, 2-3 times a day. could also add heat bandages.. if that doesn't work can try therapeutic ultrasound and NSAIDs like Ibuprofen with some Celecoxib . don't push to the point of any heavy pain with this type injury can cause chronic injury. anywho see other doctors cause sometimes they fail.
also if you decide to get a steroid shot, your breakdancing days are over, for a good while
edit: i have no idea how much pain this still is or what, some description as to how sever this is would be good next time. to above all applys, except if it's not bad the you just add weight to your exercises
