Hey everyone
I'm kind of at a stuck point with my weight atm ive lost alot of weight so that i look skinny on the outside but still i have stomach fat
and i have no clue what to do, i was going to start gym to start building my muscles up.But am i going in the wrong direction?...I no how it is imporant to calculate the intake of the food you eat but its really hard for me.The indian food my mum cooks has soo many ingredints in there that it would be so hard to work out how many carlrioes are in there etc.What im asking is help with me trying to get a 6 pec or atleast lose my "jiggly stomach". What would be the first step.
