help with home workouts

ok so i wanted to workout at home cuz i can't go to the gym, because its too cold and to far, but i don't have any home gym sets, i only have 1 dumb bell and its 15lb

so i wanted to ask wat i could do untill i go buy my own home gym set
like wat workout should i do for now?

any help would be appreaciated

Man, I would stick to body weight exercises if you only have one dumbbell. Pushups, pullups, situps, lunges, wall squats, step ups, chair dips, and find a way to do shoulder presses (unless you are strong enough to do inverted pushups)...

You didn't post your stats, but I'm going to assume that 15lbs isn't going to be enough to trigger much growth.

if you truly want it, you will seek it.

In addition to bodyweight exercises, you could use sandbags. You did say that it is cold outside, in that case a sandbag might not be the best idea, I know my wife would murder me if I swung a sandbag around the house.

Too cold to go to the gym  Do you only have outdoor gyms where you live? What about at your school? Most high schools have some equipment at least.

we do but u gotta be in the football team or wrestling team to use it, or if u have gym and the gym teacher says its ok to use it

Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, planks should be your basics.

The only equipment you really need is a pull-up bar. The rest are difficult on their own if you're not in decent shape and do not require any equipment at all unless you can do do 100 push-ups, stay in a plank for 3+ minutes, and several hundred squats.

At which point you can just get a backpack full of rocks and use that in lieu of weights.
