Help with FBW

I've just created this workout. I'm just over a year into my training and started off with a fbw but after 9 months I switched to split. Since I've gotten less time to train I've decided to move back onto a fbw. I just wanted to get a second opinion on this workout. I've decided to only do the major compounds once a week and on the other 2 days I've but in variables. Anyone got any changes that I should make? Going to go for a 3x6 and 3x8 alternating set/rep range.

Monday

Bench Press
Romanian Deadlifts
Leg curl
Seated DB MP
Upright Rows with Bands
Leg Raises
Leg Pull ins
Hammer Curls
Overhead Tricep Extension

Wednesday

Squat
Narrow Grip Bench Press
Bent Over BB Rows/ Bent Over DB Rows (Alternate)
Standing BB MP
Crunches – 2x25
Calf Raises
Shrugs
BB Bicep Curls

Friday

Deadlift
Incline Bench Press
Squat with plate in front
Lateral Raises
Pullups
Wrist Curls
Planks
Dips
 
Monday - not enough back or quads; or too much of everything else
Wednesday - still could be some lat work, or more back
Friday - add a row and you'd be good
 
along with what mreik said, i tihnk all that stuff is a bit too much volume. If you start feeling overworked i'd drop a few isos.
 
Is that better? Took your advice and replaced a few excersises. The volume seems ok so far but if I feel overworked I know which isos to remove. I'm going for mass so is 3x6 and 3x8 good? Was also thinking of adding a 3x10?

One arm bent over rows
 
I really like fridays workout, maybe try that MWF.. AznDave is right, maybe a bit too much volume, esp on monday.
