I need help with my calves. How come in the morning when I just wake up, my calves look so small and nice? But throughout the day, it seems bigger when I look at it! My calves seem really really really big to me...they're around 13 inches thick.
And I'm not sure if my calves are muscle or fat. I read somewhere about how to tell if your calves are muscle or fat. It said to stand on one foot; then on that foot, only stand on the toes. After that, pinch your calf to see if there is any fat. I tried that and there isn't really that much fat so I think it's muscle. But however, when I sit down and move my legs, there is fat jiggling! Does that mean that my calf really does have a lot of fat or does that just mean that it's extra skin? If it is extra skin, how do I get rid of it?
