Help with body building

Im still new with the whole body building system but I would really appreciate your help and tips. First of all ive got a beer belly and arms that are not too big. I need help with toning and getting abs. Can someone please help me with exercise routines and diet tips to creating a better body.

Right now my main aim is to work on a 6 pack as well as broader and more muscly arms. My only workout routines are dumbell lifts with my hands (100 lifts of a 3kg dumbell), push ups (10) and sit ups (30).

100 reps with 3lbs won't do anything for you, except trian you to do more reps with 3lbs.

check out my links below. you're gonna need heavier weights (access to a gym would be ideal), and cleaning up the diet/learning to eat right.

my guess is you just lack muscle tone, as 128lbs is pretty light for a 15year old male. add muscle, because muscle burns calories, which helps shed fat.

The number one key to a six pack: diet
The number one key to building muscle: diet
The number one key to any body goal: diet

Weights and work out are very important, but without a good solid diet you aren't going to get anywhere.

If you can do 100 lifts of anything, you are WAY TOO LOW. The most really you should be lifting for strength gains are about 8 - 12 reps. If you can easily polish off 20 reps no problem you need to up your weights for sure.

Post a typical day of food for you.

Also, spend some time reading around the forums. Reading what has already been posted will get you a whole lot farther than just asking basic questions. What I try to tell everyone is that the time you spend reading through the forum is a very valuable expendature of your time.

Thanks everyone.

Well my usual diet consist of:

Breakfast - cereal
Recess - Snacks, fruit
Lunch - Sandwhiches
After school - Junkies
Dinner - varies day to day

that diet will get you nowhere in terms of bodybuilding. not enough protein, and its all crap food except the fruit.

You have a beer belly at 15?
What I was thinking too.

Yeah, like others said, the best thing you can do right now is to eat right, without proper diet, you will see hardly any gains, if any.

You need to work more in the 8-12 rep range with a good routine set up, rather than just curls, situps, and pushups. Rather work more on compound exercises and big muscle groups, such as quads, back, chest, etc.
