Here goes my story:
I've obsess big time on my appearance and try my hardest to "watch my figure". I recently just got this idea that I am tried of having a "washboard" body and would like to tone up my chest and abdominal area by summer. I currently am I no diet at all but I don't gain weight so I am lucky. I already do not eat fast food, drink soda, eat candy, and all that other horrible stuff so I am lucking out already. Anyway, about three days ago I discovered a video by P90X called, "Ab Ripper X". I did the workout the first night, and the second night and my abs were crying. It's a great work out and it is making me feel pretty good. I don't really feel pain the next day like I thought I should so maybe I am not pushing myself enough? I'm new to this so I am not sure if it is working my abdominal area if it's not sore the next day. I found a few more videos online to help with abdominal workouts such as a video called, "One on One: Killer Abs" which I tried today. My abdominal area felt tight and awesome the whole night so far and I am wondering if I keep doing these everyday, if I will start to notice a difference and begin to get "abs" or if I am just wasting my time since I have not done any cardio or anything.
I basically want to know what would be the best thing for me to do if I NEED cardio since I cannot go jogging outside or anything since it's 20 degrees outside everyday for the next few months. Any good videos that I can do in my own room so I don't need to spend money on equipment or anything? I have included some pictures so you can get a general idea of my body plus the body fat percentage. Please let me know if it looks like I can do ab workouts everyday and notice a difference or not. Thanks so much!!!
PS - To tone out my pecks so it doesn't look weird with having abs and no chest tonnage, should I just keep doing pushups? Will my body look weird if I just work the abdominal area and not the upper? Should I be taking any supplements for this to work faster?

I have included a picture also of when I am sitting and the "fat" that I am talking about that I should be losing. Check it out.
